Delete your account and your data

You can delete your VeloAI account and related data at any time.
From the app (immediately)
- Open VeloAI and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon at the top.
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm.
By email
If you cannot access the app, write to veloai.eu@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete VeloAI account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- The account and email address.
- The profile, language and photo.
- Saved routes.
- Usage counters.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Technical backup copies managed by providers may remain for a limited period before being overwritten. If you have bought a subscription in the future, deleting the account does not cancel it: cancel it from Google Play or the App Store.
